    Overview

From time-to-time, we may update the software and services that are available to you as part of the X1 App Program in the form of bug fixes, error corrections, updates, upgrades, enhancements, extensions, add-ons, new versions, new releases, replacements, conversions, design changes, software changes and/or logic configuration changes (collectively “Updates”).

For any Update that Comcast designates as being “mandatory”, it is important that you implement such Update for your X1 App in a timely manner, and therefore you agree to implement such mandatory Updates as soon as reasonably possible, but in all instances:

    Critical Update

For any Update that Comcast designates as being a Critical Update, you must implement such Update within 24 hours following the release of such Update. Comcast may disable access to your X1 App until you have implemented the Critical Update, even during the 24-hour implementation period.

    Non-Critical (Important) Update

For any Update that Comcast designates as being a Non-Critical (Important) Update, you must implement such Update within 30 days following the release of such Update.

    Non-Critical (Standard) Update

For any Update that Comcast designates as being a Non-Critical (Standard) Update, you must implement such Update within 180 days following the release of such Update.

All Updates must be implemented as set forth in the Documentation provided by Comcast in connection with such Update. After implementing any Update, you must promptly submit your X1 App to Comcast for re-certification.
