    How to get started

We’re excited to be partnering with you and expanding our experience for our customers, seamlessly connecting them to things they love.

Through this partnership, your app is now a representation of our brand, and we want to ensure you have all the tools you need to market it successfully.

To get started integrating Xfinity into your marketing and in-app promotion within our standards, there are two simple steps.

    Step 1: Connect with us

We’re thrilled to work with you and raise the profile of your brand and ours. The first step is to start a conversation with us and share your plan to socialize our partnership. Please reach out to devportal_brandguidelines@comcast.com. You must connect with us and receive written approval each and every time you wish to use to use Xfinity branding in any way that has not been previously approved in writing by Comcast.

Step 2: Follow our Xfinity identity guidelines

After your request is approved, use the below guidelines as a starting point for integrating Xfinity into your marketing and in-app promotion within our standards.

    Our Logo

Our logo should be used to represent Xfinity in all communications and experiences. Our logo is available in black for light backgrounds and reverse white for dark backgrounds.

To ensure prominence and legibility we ask that our logo is always surrounded by a clear space of 50% of the character height “n”.

    Messaging and writing style

Always use clear and simple messaging when marketing your app for X1 and/or Flex. Copy should focus on your app and its features, and the benefit of integrating with Xfinity.

    Messaging

Xfinity is our brand and Xfinity X1 and Xfinity Flex are our flagship entertainment experiences. Therefore, your partnership is with Xfinity, and your app is available and experienced through Xfinity X1 and/or Xfinity Flex. For example: “[App Name] is now available on Xfinity X1” or “find [App Name] on Xfinity Flex".

If including your company name, lead with your company name followed by the app name, ending with Xfinity. For example, “[Company Name App Name] is now available on Xfinity X1”

If your app is available through multiple Xfinity experiences, always attribute back to the Masterbrand. For example: “[App Name] is now available with Xfinity”.

Do NOT use Xfinity to brand your app name. For example: “Xfinity [app name]”.

    Type treatment

When using Xfinity in text, Xfinity is always title case except for phone numbers and URLs (1-800-xfinity | xfinity.com).

Always use the correct Xfinity product names with the correct capitalization shown here: Xfinity X1, Xfinity Flex. Always use product names in singular form, and never typeset any Xfinity properties in all uppercase letters.
